Viking Windigo Jacket

I bought this same jacket more than a decade ago; it has served me very well. Wore it intermittently throughout the years. Very light weight and easy to roll up and stuff into a backpack when not needed (very convenient that way). Kept me surprisingly warm in cold heavy wind, rain or snow(was also wearing a sweater underneath). It can get muggy due to lack of breathability when active, but this can be decently remedied when unzipping and opening up front. Great if "layering" is your strategy vs. a heavy jacket. Mine is starting to loose its water proofing effectiveness likely due to age and washing machine (inside waterproof seams are starting to peal away). Just be mindful with your wash cycle. Consider gentle cycle, and HANG DRY for sure. Hope this info helps somebody. I'm looking to replace mine with a new one. I see they have pants too. I'll be likely giving those a shot too this time around.
