• EZ2401: EZwhip approx 12" long and 2.5" wide. 4"tall in box when flag is in up position and 6" to highest point when in down position.

  • Each unit has 5M of power cord from unit to end of cigarette plug.

  • 7 predrilled mounting holes which are 1.5" apart 1/4" hole and
  • one-3/8" hole for stake pocket mount bolt.
  • Powder coated black -very durable stake pocket mount availiable.
• All EZwhip poles have flag and lights.12-24v 12.7mm fiberglass black pole. Amber 12 LED light on top of pole 0.02 amps non flashing, and flashing lights are availiable.
• Reflective flag 30x30cm orange with yellow X. All poles have quick release and detachable power cord.
• EZ25004L: 12.7mm fiberglass LED light bar. 500 milli amps 2-3-4-5-6ft. 254 modes of 7 different colors.CR2025 battery not included. All poles have quick release and detachable power cord.
• EZ25057: Stake pocket mount block -40mm long 57mm wide and 57mm tall. 3/8" all thread bolt threw centre. 3 pieces of 3M tape supplied with each mount for vibration proof of truck box.
• EZ25154: stake pocket mount double block -40mm x 57mm x 154mm. 3/8" all thread bolt threw center. 3 pieces of 3M tape supplied with each mount for vibration proof of truck box.

Prior to stake pocket mounts. EZwhip installation guide:

• Select location to mount EZwhip unit.
• There are 7 predrilled holes on EZwhip base. Select and drill 1/4 inch holes.
• Insert grade 5 or greater bolts and torque.
• Re-attach motor to hinge plate and torque.
• Run wires to powerpoint in the cab and securely and safely fasten with tie straps.
• Fasten key fobs onto separate keys.
