Cylinder Rack System can be used to meet DOT 49CFR, section 177.840 requirement for transporting compressed gas cylinders. Series E horizontal track (SKU# ETK) is finished with a gray primer, ready to install. The 2" cylinder belt straps (SKU# CB1 or CB2) come with ratchet buckle and spring-loaded fittings
