If you need to return or exchange an item, please Contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to proceed. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately as we try to process the orders as quickly as possible. Handling fees will still apply to cancelled orders.
When an exchange is happening, we do not charge a restocking fee, but the shipping is still your responsibility.
Unless it is "final sale" product, we will refund most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price of the returned item. Unless it was our error (wrong product shipped, etc.), shipping for the return is the full responsibility of the buyer.
When a shipment is returned as unclaimed, a new shipping charge will be incurred if the order is re-shipped. If the order is cancelled at this point, the order will be subject to a restocking fee of 25% and the freight charges will not be refunded.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2-4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).
We can also apply any returned items to your account as store credit, in this case there would be no restocking fees applied to the return. Please let us know if you would like to have the return credited to your account.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We always ship from the warehouse closest to you with stock, so generally shipping times are kept shorter by this. All shipping times are estimates, and sometimes stock needs to be transferred between warehouses before shipping is started. If you require the order by a specific date, please include this in the notes section of your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
