After a product defect on one of the products and after contacting Safety Supplies Canada, situation was reviewed vry quickly and efficiently with a replacement item sent to me. I have used these LEDs for several years now and not only are the very good, but I have received several compliments on their efficiency and visibility even during daylight hours. Very satisfied and highly recommended.
