“AA" BUSHING should be tightened to 40 ft.-lbs. torque at room temperature.

Parts and accessories shown are only a partial list of item and equipment needed to safely refill carbon dioxide and nitrogen cartridges. These parts and accessories should be purchased and used only by personnel who are thoroughly familiar with and understand the standards published in the Compressed Gas Association pamphlets G-6 and S-1.1, code of federal regulations title 49, parts 100 thru 199 and who have received “hands-on" training under the direct supervision of someone experienced in cartridge refilling. If you lack the knowledge, training or experiences described above, do not attempt to refill either carbon dioxide or nitrogen cartridges. Instead, we recommend that you purchase either new cartridges or those refilled by an established service facility. Failure to adhere to the above instructions could result in death or serious injury!
