I've spent all day working heavy rain wearing this jacket and matching pants and i stayed dry. It also blocks wind well and also breathes extremely well. I usually end up wet under rain gear because of sweat but not with this make. It's very durable for physical work and I'm now on my third season. I'd buy this again
